Eating Fish in Pregnancy
The American FDA has advised women to have 2 to 3 servings of fish per week. Most fish are safe, however because of high mercury levels, some fish should be avoided. These include King Mackerel, Marlin, Orange Roughy, Shark, Sword Fish, Tilefish, Tuna and Bigeye. Read more
